MONTGE - und ETRIESNLEITUNG DER NHÄNGEKUPPLUNG Mx0 Distanzhülse L=6mm Mx7 Mx0 Die nhängekupplung (Katalognummer V6) ist für folgende Fahrzeugtypen zugelassen: NISSN SUNNY Traveller KOMI (Y0) auβerhalb x, ab j. 0.99 bis.000, dient zum ziehen der nhänger mit der Gesamtlast von 600 kg und der Kugelstützlast von max.7 kg. VON DEM HERSTELLER Die Zuverlässigkeit der nhängekupplung ist jedoch auch von der ordnungsgemäßen Montage und der richtigen Nutzung abhängig. Daher werden Sie gebeten, sorgfältig die folgende Montageanleitung zu lesen und sich an die entsprechenden nweisungen zu beachten. Die nhängekupplung muss an den vom Fahrzeughersteller vorgeschriebenen efestigungsstellen montiert werden.. Die Kunststoffstoßstange abschrauben. Einen Teil davon abschneiden, wie auf der Zeichnung gezeigt.. Den Metallteil der Stoßstange abschrauben, dann vier Schrauben an den Stellen (Pos., siehe Zeichnung) entfernen. Dazu eine Flex benutzen. In der nbauanleitung 0 abschneiden Zeichnung Symmetrieachse einen Teil von 0xmm, wie auf der Zeichnung gezeigt, herausschneiden.. Die Tragarme der nhängekupplung (Pos.) an das hintere Teil des Fahrzeuges anlegen und durch die Löcher (Pos. ) die Schrauben Mx0mm (Pos.9) zusammen mit der Unterlegscheibe (Pos.) einschrauben.. Vier Schrauben mm (Pos.0mm) in die Löcher (Pos.) einsetzen nicht festziehen!. Die Löcher ømm durch die Löcher der nhängekupplung (Pos.) auschneiden Zeichnung durchbohren und dann mit den Schrauben x60mm (Pos.8) verschrauben. Verwenden Sie dazu die Hülsen (Pos. 6), wie auf der Zeichnung gezeigt. 6. Die Schrauben mm (Pos.0) aus den Löchern (Pos.) entfernen, dann die Metallstoßstange anlegen und zusammen mit der Unterlegscheibe (Pos.) mit den Schrauben mm (Pos.0) verschrauben. 7. Die Kunststoffstoßstange anbringen. 8. Die Kupplungskugel (Pos. ) und den Steckdosenhalter (Pos. ) mit den mitgelieferten Schrauben Mx7mm (Pos.7) verschrauben. 9. lle Schrauben gemäß den ngaben in der Tabelle festdrehen. 0. Das Fahrzeug sollte mit seitlichen linkern und Rückspiegeln, deren bstand mindestens der nhängerbreite entspricht, ausgestattet werden. lle efestigungsschrauben sind nach ca. 000 km nhängerbetrieb zu prüfen und nachzuziehen.
