2 MONTGE - und ETRIESNLEITUNG DER NHÄNGEKUPPLUNG Mx0 Distanzhülse L=6mm Mx7 Mx0 Die nhängekupplung (Katalognummer V6) ist für folgende Fahrzeugtypen zugelassen: NISSN SUNNY Traveller KOMI (Y0) auβerhalb x, ab j bis.000, dient zum ziehen der nhänger mit der Gesamtlast von 600 kg und der Kugelstützlast von max.7 kg. VON DEM HERSTELLER Die Zuverlässigkeit der nhängekupplung ist jedoch auch von der ordnungsgemäßen Montage und der richtigen Nutzung abhängig. Daher werden Sie gebeten, sorgfältig die folgende Montageanleitung zu lesen und sich an die entsprechenden nweisungen zu beachten. Die nhängekupplung muss an den vom Fahrzeughersteller vorgeschriebenen efestigungsstellen montiert werden.. Die Kunststoffstoßstange abschrauben. Einen Teil davon abschneiden, wie auf der Zeichnung gezeigt.. Den Metallteil der Stoßstange abschrauben, dann vier Schrauben an den Stellen (Pos., siehe Zeichnung) entfernen. Dazu eine Flex benutzen. In der nbauanleitung 0 abschneiden Zeichnung Symmetrieachse einen Teil von 0xmm, wie auf der Zeichnung gezeigt, herausschneiden.. Die Tragarme der nhängekupplung (Pos.) an das hintere Teil des Fahrzeuges anlegen und durch die Löcher (Pos. ) die Schrauben Mx0mm (Pos.9) zusammen mit der Unterlegscheibe (Pos.) einschrauben.. Vier Schrauben mm (Pos.0mm) in die Löcher (Pos.) einsetzen nicht festziehen!. Die Löcher ømm durch die Löcher der nhängekupplung (Pos.) auschneiden Zeichnung durchbohren und dann mit den Schrauben x60mm (Pos.8) verschrauben. Verwenden Sie dazu die Hülsen (Pos. 6), wie auf der Zeichnung gezeigt. 6. Die Schrauben mm (Pos.0) aus den Löchern (Pos.) entfernen, dann die Metallstoßstange anlegen und zusammen mit der Unterlegscheibe (Pos.) mit den Schrauben mm (Pos.0) verschrauben. 7. Die Kunststoffstoßstange anbringen. 8. Die Kupplungskugel (Pos. ) und den Steckdosenhalter (Pos. ) mit den mitgelieferten Schrauben Mx7mm (Pos.7) verschrauben. 9. lle Schrauben gemäß den ngaben in der Tabelle festdrehen. 0. Die Elektroinstallation gemäß der edienungsanleitung des Herstellers anschließen.. Falls nötig, den durch die Montage beschädigten Farbanstrich an der nhängekupplung ausbessern. Drehmomente für Schrauben und Muttern 8.8: M6 - Nm M 8 - Nm M 0-0 Nm M - 87 Nm M - 8 Nm M6-0 Nm HTUNG Nach dem nbau der nhängekupplung sind die nationalen Vorschriften zur nbauabnahme und zur Änderung der Fahrzeugpapiere zu beachten. Das Fahrzeug sollte mit seitlichen linkern und Rückspiegeln, deren bstand mindestens der nhängerbreite entspricht, ausgestattet werden. lle efestigungsschrauben sind nach ca. 000 km nhängerbetrieb zu prüfen und nachzuziehen. Die Kugel der nhängekupplung ist sauber zu halten und zu fetten.

Sie beeinflusst die Fahrsicherheit und daher ist ausschließlich nur vom Fachpersonal zu montieren. Es dürfen keinesfalls Konstruktionsänderungen vorgenommen werden. Sonst erlischt die Verwendungszulassung. Falls es eine Isolationsschicht oder Fahrzeugunterbodenschutz gibt, wo die nhängerkupplung befestigt wird, so sind diese zu entfernen. ndere Karosseriestellen und gebohrte Löcher sind mit der ntikorrosionsfarbe anzustreichen. Für die elastungswerte gelten die vom Fahrzeughersteller angegebenen Daten bzw. max. Masse der nhänger und max. Stützlast. L'attelage doit être monté dans des emplacements prévus à ce but par le fabricant de voiture.. Démonter le pare-chocs plastique, ensuite découper son fragment comme indiqué sur le dessin.. Démonter la partie métallique du pare-chocs, ensuite enlever quatre vis à l emplacement (pos., conulter le dessin) (utiliser Instructions de montage 0 découper Dessin rectifieuse d'angle). Découper un fragment de 0xmm dans l axe de symétrie comme indiqué sur le dessin.. Positionner la traverse de l attelage (pos.) au panneau arrière et serrer à travers des trous (pos.) à l aide des vis Mx0mm (pos. 9) avec la rondelle fendue (pos.).. Placer quatre vis mm (pos. 0) dans les trous (pos.) ne pas serrer!. Percer les trous ø à travers des trous de l attelage (pos.), ensuite fixer à l aide des vis mm (pos. 8), utiliser la douille (pos.6) comme indiquè sur le dessin. 6. Enlever les vis mm (pos. découper Dessin 0) qui se trouvent dans les trous (pos.), ensuite placer le pare-chocs métallique et serrer avec la rondelle (pos.) à l aide des vis mm (pos. 0). 7. Monter le pare-chocs plastique. 8. Fixer la boule d attelage (pos.) avec la prise éléctrique (pos.) à l aide des vis fournies Mx7mm (pos. 7). 9. Serrer toutes les vis aux couples de serrage, comme indiqué dans le tableau. 0. onnecter les câbles de la prise 7-broche à l'installation électrique en conformité avec les instructions du constructeur automobil (recommandé la mise en œuvre d une station-service autorisée).. Informacjami wiążącymi odnośnie wartości obciążeń są dane podawane przez producenta samochodu, względnie wartości maksymalnej masy przyczepy oraz maksymalnego nacisku na kulę, przy czym wartości parametrów zaczepu kulowego nie mogą być przekroczone.
