4 Page Four RELIGIOUS EDUCATION REGISTRATION The Religious Education Program is designed for children from 1st grade through 8th grade that do not attend a Catholic Elementary School. The program is an essential responsibility for our parish to help children learn and grow in faith formation and to fulfill the Baptismal promise made when a child was baptized to raise the child in the Catholic faith. The religious education of a child is about all of us, as members of the Church learning, witnessing and growing together, as God s family. The Spirit of God gathers us together when a child attends Religious Education and teaches, nourishes and strengthens us to be good followers of Jesus. Our program begins on Sunday, September 18 and continues through Sunday, May 21, We meet every Sunday and attend the Noon Mass on the first and third Sundays of a month. Registration will be on Sunday, August 28 and September 11 from 9 AM to 12 PM in the lobby of the school. Bring $50 registration fee and child s Baptism Certificate. A inni?! (Hi 1, 21).
