Sie beeinflusst die Fahrsicherheit und daher ist ausschließlich nur vom Fachpersonal zu montieren. Es dürfen keinesfalls Konstruktionsänderungen vorgenommen werden. Sonst erlischt die Verwendungszulassung. Falls es eine Isolationsschicht oder Fahrzeugunterbodenschutz gibt, wo die nhängerkupplung befestigt wird, so sind diese zu entfernen. ndere Karosseriestellen und gebohrte Löcher sind mit der ntikorrosionsfarbe anzustreichen. Für die Belastungswerte gelten die vom Fahrzeughersteller angegebenen Daten bzw. max. Masse der nhänger und max. Stützlast. 2 MONTGE - und BETRIEBSNLEITUNG DER NHÄNGEKUPPLUNG M2x Die nhängekupplung (Katalognummer Z) ist für folgende Fahrzeugtypen zugelassen: MITSUBISHI LNCER Türer (JT), ab Bj bis 0.200, dient zum ziehen der nhänger mit der Gesamtlast von 200 kg und der Kugelstützlast von max. 0 kg. VON DEM HERSTELLER Die Zuverlässigkeit der nhängekupplung ist jedoch auch von der ordnungsgemäßen Montage und der richtigen Nutzung abhängig. Daher werden Sie gebeten, sorgfältig die folgende Montageanleitung zu lesen und sich an die entsprechenden nweisungen zu beachten. Die nhängekupplung muss an den vom Fahrzeughersteller vorgeschriebenen Befestigungsstellen montiert werden. 0 nbauanleitung. Einen Teil, wie auf der Zeichnung 2 gezeigt, im unteren Teil der Stoßstange ausschneiden. 2. Die Tragarme der nhängerkupplung (Pos.) an den Fahrzeugrahmen so anlegen, dass sich die Löcher (Pos.) mit den Löchern im Fahrzeugrahmen abdecken, mit Hilfe von den mitgelieferten Schrauben mm (Pos.) leicht ziehen.. Die Vorrichtung der nhängerkupplung (Pos.) an den linken Längsträger anlegen, mit Hilfe von den Schrauben mm (Pos.) und M2xmm (Pos.0) siehe Zeichnung- festziehen.. Die Vorrichtung der nhängerkupplung (Pos.) an den rechten Längsträger anlegen, mit Hilfe von den Schrauben mm (Pos.) und M2xmm (Pos.0) siehe Zeichnung- festziehen.. Durch das Lch (Pos.B) mit der originellen Zugöse festziehen dabei die Unterlegscheibe (Pos. und ), die Distanzhülse ø2mm, L=2mm (Pos.) und die Schrauben mm (Pos.) siehe Zeichnung, verwenden.. Die Kupplungskugel gemäß der nbauanleitung der nhängekupplung mit dem schnelldemontierbaren ufsatz anbringen. Das Halteblech der Steckdosenhalteplatte (Pos. ) festziehen vergessen nicht.. lle Schrauben gemäß der ngaben in der Tabelle zudrehen.. Die Elektroinstallation gemäß der Bedienungsanleitung des Herstellers anschließen. 9. Falls nötig, den durch die Montage beschädigten Farbanstrich an der nhängerkupplung ausbessern. Das Fahrzeug sollte mit seitlichen Blinkern und Rückspiegeln, deren bstand mindestens der nhängerbreite entspricht, ausgestattet werden. lle Befestigungsschrauben sind nach ca. 000 km nhängerbetrieb zu prüfen und nachzuziehen. Die Kugel der nhängekupplung ist sauber zu halten und zu fetten.

L'attelage doit être monté dans des emplacements prévus à ce but par le fabricant de voiture. 0 Instructions de montage. Scier la partie inférieure du pare-chocs conformément au dessin Positionner la poutre principale de l attelage (pos.) au châssis du véhicule de manière que les trous (pos. ) coïncident avec les trous dans le châssis et fixer sans serrer à l aide des vis mm (pos. ).. Positionner l élément de l attelage (pos.) au longeron gauche et fixer à l aide des vis (pos. ) et M2xmm (pos. 0) voir le dessin.. Positionner l élément de l attelage (pos.) au longeron droit et fixer à l aide des vis mm (pos. ) et M2x (pos. 0) voir le dessin.. Serrer avec l anneau de remorquage d origine à travers du trou de l attelage (pos.b) utiliser la rondelle fendue (pos.), la douille d écartement ø2mm, L=2mm (pos.) et la vis mm (pos. ) voir le dessin.. Fixer le carter du mécanisme automatique et la boule conformément aux instructions, jointes au crochet d attelage avec l attache facilement démontable. ttention! N'oubliez pas de fixer la tôle sous la prise (pos.) à l aide de première de ces vis.. Serrer toutes les vis aux couples de serrage, comme indiqué dans le tableau.. Connecter les câbles de la prise à l'installation électrique en conformité avec les instructions d'une usine automobile (recommandé la mise en œuvre d une station-service autorisée). 9. Dokręcić wszystkie śruby z momentem jak pokazano w tabeli.. Podłączyć przewody gniazdka bieg. do instalacji elektrycznej zgodnie z instrukcją fabryczną samochodu (zaleca się wykonanie w SO). 9. Samochód powinien być wyposażony w : -kierunkowskazy boczne -lusterka boczne o rozstawie co najmniej szerokości przyczepy Sprawdzać śruby mocujące zaczepu kulowego po około 000 km przebiegu eksploatacji. Kula zaczepu musi być utrzymana w czystości i konserwowana smarem stałym

Gwarancja nie obejmuje natomiast uszkodzeń zawinionych przez nabywcę, wynikających z niewłaściwego montażu, użytkowania lub konserwacji, uszkodzeń mechanicznych, normalnego zużycia podczas eksploatacji itp. Gwarancja udzielona na zakupiony towar nie wyłącza, nie ogranicza ani nie zawiesza uprawnień kupującego wynikających z niezgodności towaru z umową. Reklamacje należy zgłaszać w punkcie sprzedaży, składając jednocześnie kartę gwarancyjną. Informacjami wiążącymi odnośnie wartości obciążeń są dane podawane przez producenta samochodu, względnie wartości maksymalnej masy przyczepy oraz maksymalnego nacisku na kulę, przy czym wartości parametrów zaczepu kulowego nie mogą być przekroczone.
