Technical condition of the device According to the statement of the Client the devices presented to the valuation were not operated since October The organoleptic examination, without performing the production cycle didn't show abnormalities. This valuation assumes that the valuated line is technically efficient. The line compatible with the screen and the line for sorting of sand and gravel, which is located at the mine sand Żelazna. Methodological Basis of valuation - To fulfil the task of valuation, determined by the need of the Orderer, the value of the technical device will be estimated in a following way. The market value - it is reasonably determined amount of money which a buyer would be willing to offer to a willing seller in exchange for the subject transaction, assuming equality of the parties, without the existence of any pressure affecting the decision to purchase and sale, with full knowledge of the subject and the circumstances of the transaction and with the appropriate time exposure of the object on the open market. 6 Expertise No /9/ Dated The above value includes, among the others, the manufacturer, the type and use of the device, the construction, completeness, age of the technical device, period and method of exploitation, the remaining available time and method of exploitation. The value of the line equipment given in the expertise by the appraiser was estimated by an approximate valuation of its individual components. Taking into account the scope of the order the value of each piece of the equipment was not given having regard to its total value. It was adopted on the basis of odometer indications. - This expertise serves only to estimate of the market value of the estimated object and can not be used to any other purpose, that the above mentioned. In particular the estimation can not be taken as a base to valuate the parameters and condition of an estimated object at the moment of transaction. - The Appraiser assumes no liability for hidden defects (legal and physical), and the possible consequences arising from the continuing use of the subject of valuation, as well as the effects of using the valuation itself. -The above valuation is not an expertise of the technical condition of the device being valuated and it can not be considered as such.. - This valuation may not be published in full in any document without the acceptance of the Appraisers and with no agreement with them, about the form and content of such publication. -The valuation was made on the basis of documentation supplied and organoleptical examination of the valuated object. Diagnostic examination and Verifying of the object in the garage was not performed. - This valuation was made on the basis of an inspection of the valuated object in conditions occurring in a place where it is available - The identification / serial numbers, were not taken into account its correctness/construction were not verified as well as the accuracy of the data.
