We do not commit ourselves to projects, if we do not have necessary competence and experience. Solutions that we offer are tested and perfected.

8 Business Intelligence We design, build, implement and maintain solutions from the categories: data warehouse, power supply processes ETL/ELT Big Data applications Business Intelligence applications planning applications and Data Mining. Our main technology partner within the Business Intelligence solutions is the IBM company. During performing implementation we use products from the family of IBM Cognos and IBM PureData System for Analytics (previously Netezza Twin Fin). Basing on this technology we realize fully scalable systems. Our company is distinguished by speed of implementation and high efficiency of calculations that is achieved during implementations. Our clients in this area are commercial companies of all sectors, as well as public administration organizations.

9 Advanced customer service systems We offer comprehensive solutions for professional service of interactions with clients, including: software for Contact Center, IVR applications, voice recognition systems systems for quality management and registration of contacts with customers ERP integrated systems management systems of retail chains and sale service custom applications as supplement of ready solutions. We use solutions of producers who are leaders on the market. These are companies: Genesys, Nice, Nuance, Open Source. Our clients are large and medium-sized enterprises having contact center departments, as well as store chains.

10 Infrastructure, maintenance and service management (EAM and ITSM) Within the area of infrastructure and company's assets management we suggest to our clients a solution of EAM class, supporting comprehensively management of various kinds of resources manufacturing, transmission, transportation or real estate. This solution enables also management of maintenance processes. We offer tools of help desk class (ITSM), which have a full set of functions that support managing IT infrastructure and service of key IT processes in compliance with ITIL practices and ISO As a partner of IBM we implement Maximo Asset Management, Tririga, Tivoli Smart Cloud Control Desk, Tivoli Endpoint Manager solutions. On the market we are distinguished by grand experience, unique familiarity with offered products, delivery of dedicated solutions (including advanced integrations) taking into consideration specific needs of clients. Our clients in this area are commercial companies of all sectors, as well as public administration organizations.

11 Data Center We construct Data Center facilities fulfilling the role of general contractor of a whole investment. Server rooms built by us are characterized with technical parameters which meet strict requirements of TIA or UpTime standards. We put emphasis on energy efficiency when realizing facilities in a Green Data Center standard. Unique team of our experts create server rooms of any level of complexity and scale. We perform also audits and DC certifications. We take full responsibility for created data center during the whole process of investment realization: we perform feasibility study, design, build, equip with IT infrastructure, provide service, as well as we provide services of relocation and collocation of DC facilities. We manage projects complying with the PRINCE2 methodology. We created the biggest and the most innovative server rooms in our country. In total more than 40 facilities of the server area ca sq. m., performed for the biggest companies on commercial market and public sector institutions.

12 Aviation infrastructure We offer systems of aviation operation management and solutions for airports. We build reliable environments for aviation operation basing on specialist systems of checking-in and security of passengers and airplanes. We offer systems of navigation lights and to control them, radio-navigation, automatic systems of luggage and passenger information. Every implementation is proceeded with thorough analysis of operation, functional and business needs of a customer. Our partners are among others companies: Idman, Lucebit, ADB, Dimark. Company's portfolio includes solutions for new build and modernized civil airports, military airports transformed into Regional Airports and for Polish Air Navigation Services Agency.

13 Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) ITS is adoption of ICT (Information & Communication Technologies) in the area of transportation, private as well as public. Implementation of solutions of this class is aiming at improving efficiency of traffic through shortening the time of traveling, limiting nuisances such as pollution or noise and increasing safety in city's traffic. We realize comprehensively by undertaking execution of all stages of an investment process, among others: implementation and launch of specialist software, systems and infrastructure integration in the road, e. g. traffic lights control. We provide service and uninterrupted work of all systems. We co-operate with the world class producers and suppliers of ITS solutions: PTV, GEVAS, BOSCH, GMV, as well as the best Polish companies: Neurosoft, APM, MSR Traffic. Our advantage is experience and ability to realize technologically advanced projects and high competence of our specialists. Recipients of solutions of ITS class are local governments and administration of roads - GDDKiA and management of regional roads.

14 Building technologies We offer comprehensive services of consulting, design and conducting investments related to integrated systems of facilities security and multimedia communication systems. Our portfolio covers implementations in single buildings, in wide area and distributed facilities or in complex of buildings. We create all products necessary for an investment process, including: audits, feasibility studies, development strategies, concepts, projects, executing, launching and trainings, we also provide service. We hold Industrial Security Clearance I level, confirming full capacity to protect confidential information classified as SECRET, SECRET UE or NATO SECRET. We hold a license of the Ministry of the Interior and Administration (MSWiA) for performance of security systems. We employ staff which hold all the necessary licenses and certificates. Our main business partners in this area are among others: Bosch, Delta Controls, Honeywell, Schneider Electric, Schrack Seconet, Siemens and others. Our clients are corporations, academic and government institutions, public sector.

15 IT systems for public sector Our offer for the public sector cover analysis, design, implementation and maintenance of dedicated IT solutions, meeting business needs of the ordering party, as well as strict criteria of procedures related to the Public Procurement Law. We implement comprehensive solutions which include: dedicated software, hardware and network infrastructure, solutions from the area of security, database archiving and data warehouse systems, also platforms enabling digitization of archives. What distinguishes us is integrated approach to implementation of modern IT technologies. Our technological partners are companies that offer the most reliable solutions, among others, IBM, HP, Cisco, Juniper, Oracle. For many years we co-operate with institutions of central administration, local and regional governments, uniformed services and of higher education.

16 Business Continuity & Data Security We enable and secure a process of storing, processing and transmitting data in demanding business environments of clients. In this area we offer number of services: design and implementations of essential infrastructure implementation of advanced communication services providing suitable level of accessibility of launched IT services security and monitoring of every context of access to data security audits. Our partners are the biggest world specialists in the scope of safe data storing and transmitting, among others, Cisco, CheckPoint, F5, HP, IBM, Juniper Networks, RSA, VMware, Microsoft, Polycom. Recipients of our services are entities, in which theft, loss or temporary lack of access to data can generate high losses or can make it impossible to conduct a business activity, among others, companies from financial, telecommunication sector, as well as state institutions.

17 Multimedia exhibitions Modern technologies in public space deepen the organization's engagement in a dialogue with an individual recipient. We offer a set of services of design, production, implementation, maintenance and development of exhibitions with a particular emphasis on multimedia and interactive technologies for the needs of museums, science centers, education. These technologies are also commercially used in large public spaces: shopping malls, train stations, airports, fair exhibitions. Our advantage is comprehensive approach to realization, beginning with design and execution of interactive and multimedia devices, and executing a content. We help also to arrange exhibition interiors, creating constructions, installation, furniture and display. Our technological partners are leading producers of multimedia content in Poland, the biggest European companies which produce interactive exhibits, architectural offices specializing in displays design.

18 Management and service of computer systems We offer comprehensive set of services, which guarantee fluent operation of IT systems of a company. We provide full functionality of resources entrusted to us from hardware, through software, and infrastructure of a company. Professional, fast service and providing comprehensive services on the highest level grant our clients a safe functioning. High quality of our services are confirmed by parameters of SLA. We guarantee the shortest response time and the fastest time of repairs execution. As the only company in Poland we have our own call center for all scopes of conducted activity. Our clients are big public institutions, companies with many branches and corporations. We offer additional support to companies who provide extensive services: repair of equipment, administration, help desk, migration, roll out, maintenance and inspections. We provide service of office infrastructure, advanced server solutions, through systems of intelligent building, and advanced Data Center.

19 Outsourcing of IT specialists Outsourcing of IT services We provide services covering delivery of qualified IT employees and IT outsourcing. We have data base of dozens of thousands experts and specialists. Thanks to it we can in an optimal way select and chose employees with relevant competence to the specified needs of a client. Apart from recruitment and selection we provide human resources, administrative and legal care for all leased employees. We provide services from help desk, through systems administration, conducting trainings, performing analysis and audits, comprehensive management of projects or IT projects portfolios.
