6 REGULAMIN WKT 1. Warszawska Karta Turysty składa się z trzech elementów: a) plastikowej karty o formacie karty kredytowej, z hologramem i numerem, b) plastikowego etui, c) biletu ZTM. 2. WKT jest ważna gdy: a) wpisane jest na niej imię i nazwisko użytkownika Karty, b) wpisana jest data i godzina zakończenia ważności Karty, c) w/w dane wpisane są czytelnie, drukowanymi literami, d) dane te zobowiązany jest wpisać użytkownik Karty lub pierwsza instytucja, z której turysta korzysta, e) karta nie jest uszkodzona. 3. W przypadku braku w/w danych lub danych nieczytelnych WKT jest nieważna. 4. WKT upoważnia do darmowego lub ze zniżką, jednorazowego wejścia do muzeów należących do programu Warszawskiej Karty Turysty za okazaniem ważnej Karty. 5. WKT upoważnia do rabatów, zgodnie z ofertą zawartą w informatorze: w galeriach, restauracjach, hotelach i innych placówkach, które podpisały z Biurem porozumienie tylko po okazaniu ważnej Karty. Kartę należy okazać usługodawcy przed wystawieniem rachunku względnie przed złożeniem zamówienia. 6. WKT w załączeniu posiada bezpłatny bilet komunikacji miejskiej na wszystkie linie komunikacji miejskiej w obrębie miasta. a) bilet należy skasować podczas pierwszego używania komunikacji miejskiej tj. metro, autobus, tramwaj niezależnie od daty wpisanej na karcie turysty. b) bilet jest ważny przez 24h (liczony od dnia i godziny pierwszego skasowania) lub 3 dni (ważny od momentu skasowania do 23:59 trzeciego dnia terminu ważności) c) w przypadku kontroli należy okazać ważny bilet. Pasażerowie bez ważnego biletu będą karani zgodnie z właściwymi przepisami. d) bilet jest ważny również bez Karty w całym okresie jego ważności. 7. W przypadku nie udzielenia rabatu lub nie udostępnienia darmowego wejścia do placówek współpracujących z Biurem, opisanych w informatorze dołączanym do Karty turysta powinien niezwłocznie skontaktować się ze Stołecznym Biurem Turystyki lub z jednym z punktów IT, których aktualne adresy i telefon informacyjny podane są na stronie internetowej Biura pod adresem www. warsawtour.pl 8. Przy zgłaszaniu jakiejkolwiek reklamacji turysta zobowiązany jest do: 12. złożenia reklamacji w formie pisemnej, 13. podania numeru Karty, daty i godziny ważności Karty oraz swoich danych umożliwiających kontakt z turystą, 14. dokładnego opisania sytuacji, której dotyczy reklamacja. 9. Postępowanie w przypadku reklamacji: a) reklamacja może występować w języku polskim, angielskim, niemieckim, francuskim, b) reklamacja powinna być przyjęta przez pracownika jednej z w/w placówek, c) turysta powinien otrzymać potwierdzenie przyjęcia reklamacji, d) termin rozpatrywania reklamacji wynosi 14 dni roboczych, e) turysta zostanie pisemnie poinformowany o rezultacie rozpatrzenia reklamacji. 10. WKT nie jest kartą elektroniczną. 6 Warszawa

7 WTC INSTRUCTIONS 1. The Warsaw Tourist Card (WTC) includes: a) a plastic card the size of a credit card with a hologram and a number; b) a plastic case; c) a public transport ticket. 2. The WTC is valid when: a) it contains the name and the surname of its holder; b) it contains the date and the hour of expiry; c) the above-mentioned data (points 2a and 2b) are written in legible capital letters; d) the above-mentioned data (points 2a and 2b) are written by the holder of the Card or the fi rst institution he visits; e) the Card is not damaged 3. If the above-mentioned data are not written on the Card or if they are illegible, the Card is not valid. 4. The valid WTC allows single reduced or free of charge entries to museums participating in Warsaw Tourist Card programme. 5. The WTC authorizes its holder to receive discounts in galleries, restaurants, hotels and other partners of the Warsaw Tourist Offi ce only after showing the Card. The Card has to be shown to the service provider before issuing the bill or before making an order. 6. The WTC contains a free public transport ticket valid within the city limits. a) the Card holder should validate the ticket on the fi rst entry to the public transport (underground, bus or tram) regardless of the date written on the Card. b) the ticket is valid for 24 hours (counting since the day and hour of the fi rst validation) or 3 days (from validation until 23:59 hours on the third day of its validity). c) in case of ticket inspection the Card Holder is obliged to show valid ticket. d) The ticket is valid also without the Card. 7. If the holder of the Card is refused a discount or is not admitted to a museum or other partner of the Warsaw Tourist Offi ce mentioned in the folder, the Card Holder should immediately contact the Warsaw Tourist Offi ce or one of the Tourist Information Offi ces (phone numbers and addresses are on the Warsaw Tourist Offi ce website www. warsawtour.pl). 8. In case of making a complaint, the Card holder should: a) submit the complaint in a written form; b) name the Card number, the date and hour of the the Card expiry and all the data (name, surname, phone number, number of the passport etc.) necessary to contact a holder; c) describe the situation concerning the complaint; 9. Complaints Procedure a) the complaint can be fi led in Polish, English, German and rench b) the complaint should be accepted by an employee of one of the Tourist Information Offi ces c) the tourist should receive a confi rmation of this acceptance; d) the complaint is investigated within 14 days; e) the tourist will be informed of the result of the investigation in a written form. 10. 8 WTC RÈGLEMT 1. La carte du visiteur se compose de trois éléments: a) de la carte en plastique au format d une carte de crédit avec son numéro et un hologramme; b) de l étui en plastique ; c) du ticket de transports publics. 2. Pour être valide : f) la carte doit comporter le nom et le prénom de la personne qui l utilise ; g) la carte doit comporter la date et l heure jusqu a laquelle elle est valable ; h) les informations doivent ętre écrites de maniere lisible en gros caracteres ; i) les données mentionnées ci-dessus doiven être inscrites par l utilisateur de la carte ou par la premiere institution qu il visite ; j) la carte ne peut pas ętre abîmée. 3. S il manque l une des informations mentionnées cidessus ou si elles ne sont pas lisibles, la carte ne sera pas valable. 4. La carte du visiteur permet d entrer gratuitement dans les musées. 5. Comme mentionné dans le bulletin d information, la carte permet de bénéfi cier des réductions de prix dans les galeries, les restaurants, les hôtels et autres partenaires de notre Offi ce. 6. Avec la carte, le visiteur reçoit en plus un ticket de transport public gratuit valable dans Varsovie. a) Il est important de valider le ticket la premiere fois qu on utilise un moyen de transport municipal (métro, autobus ou tram). La date sur la carte n a pas d importance. b) Le ticket est valable soit 24 heures soit 3 jours a compter du jour et de l heure de la premiere utilisation jusq a minuit de troisième jour. c) Le ticket est aussi valable sans la carte pendant toute sa période de validité. 7. En cas de problemes de réduction de prix ou d entrée gratuite aux institutions partenaires avec notre Offi ce décrites dans le bulletin d information, le visiteur doit immédiatement contacter l Offi ce Varsovien de Tourisme ou un des offi ces de tourisme dont les adresses et les numéro de téléphone touristique se trouvent dans le site 8. En cas de réclamation, le touriste est obligé de: f) porter sa demande par écrit; g) donner le numéro de la carte, la date et l heure de fi n de validité ainsi que les information nécessaires pour le contacter; h) décrire la situation; 9. Procédé au cas de réclamation: a) formuler la réclamation en polonais, anglais, allemand ou français ; b) la réclamation doit ętre acceptée par un employé de l Offi ce de Tourisme et le tourisme doit recevoir la confi rmation c) la décision fi nale sera rendue dans un délai de 14 jours ; d) le touriste sera informé de la décision en forme écrite. 10. WKT ist gültig, wenn: a) sie mit dem Vor- und Nachnamen des Benutzers versehen wurde, b) Ablaufdatum und Ablaufuhrzeit eingetragen wurden c) die obigen aten lesbar mit ruckschrift eingetragen wurden d) diese aten hat der Kartenbenutzer bzw. die erste Institution, deren ienste der Tourist in Anspruch nimmt, einzutragen, e) edie Karte darf nicht beschädigt sein. nicht beschädigt ist 3. alls die oben angeführten aten fehlen oder unlesbar sind, ist die WKT ungültig. 4. er Warschauer Touristenpass berechtigt bei Vorlage eines gültigen Passes zum freien oder ermäßigten einmaligen Eintritt in die zum Programm des Warschauer Touristenpasses zählenden Museen. 5. WKT berechtigt zu Rabatten in Galerien, Restaurants, Hotels und sonstigen in der Broschüre genannten Stellen, die mit dem Büro eine Vereinbarung unterzeichnet haben, nur gegen Vorzeigen der gültigen Karte. ie Karte ist dem ienstleistungsbetrieb vor der Ausstellung der Rechnung beziehungsweise vor Einreichung der Bestellung vorzulegen. 6. WKT enthält auch eine kostenlose ahrkarte für alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel im Stadtbereich. a) ie ahrkarte ist beim ersten Benutzen von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln: U- Bahn, Bus, S-Bahn unabhängig von dem auf der Karte eingetragenen atum zu entwerten. b) ie ahrkarte ist 24 Stunden (ab dem Tag und der Uhrzeit der ersten Entwertung) oder 3 Tage (ab der Entwertung bis 23:59 Uhr des dritten Tages der Gültigkeitsdauer) gültig. c) Bei einer ahrscheinkontrolle ist ein gültiger ahrschein vorzulegen. Passagiere ohne gültigen ahrschein zahlen ein Bußgeld gemäß den geltenden Vorschriften. d) ie ahrkarte gilt auch ohne Touristenkarte für die Zeit ihrer Gültigkeit nach dem Entwerten. 7. alls keine Ermäßigung oder kein freier Eintritt zu den mit dem Büro zusammenarbeitenden Einrichtungen gewährt wird, die in der dem Pass beigefügten Informationsbroschüre aufgelistet sind, sollte sich der Tourist umgehend mit dem Warschauer remdenverkehrsbüro oder einer der Touristeninformationen in Verbindung setzen, deren aktuelle Adressen und Telefonnummern auf der Webseite erhältlich sind. 8. Bei Meldung einer Reklamation ist der Tourist verpfl ichtet: a) die Reklamation in Schriftform abzugeben, b) Kartennummer, atum und Uhrzeit der Kartengültigkeit sowie seine Kontaktdaten anzugeben, c) die Situation zu beschreiben, die Gegenstand der Reklamation ist. 9. Ein Handeln in dem Zufall der Reklamation: a) die Reklamation kann auf polnisch, englisch, deutsch oder französisch geschrieben werden, b) die Reklamation soll von einem Mitarbeiter einer der oben genannten Stellen angenommen werden c) der Tourist soll eine Annahmebestätigung bekommen, d) die Prüfung der Reklamation dauert 14 Tage, e) der Tourist wird über das Resultat informiert. 10. 11 MUZEUM HISTORII POLSKIEGO RUCHU LUOWEGO gratis Muzeum Historii Polskiego Ruchu Ludowego zajmuje się gromadzeniem, opracowywaniem i popularyzacją pamiątek związanych z historią polskiej wsi, chłopów i ruchu ludowego. Każdego roku organizowanych jest kilka wystaw czasowych, związanych z profi lem działalności Muzeum. The Museum of the History of Polish Popular Movements is dedicated to the collection, study and transmission to a broader public of artefacts connected with the history of the Polish countryside, peasants and popular movements. Temporary exhibitions take place every year, linked with the area of activity of the Museum. Information on exhibitions can be found in the media or on the internet page The Museum also has local branches in Sandomierz and Piaseczna k/gniewu. Otwarte w 1963 r., w domu ofi arowanym Władysławowi Broniewskiemu ( ) przez państwo w 25-lecie twórczości. Zorganizowano tu ekspozycję stałą, zachowując autentyczne wyposażenie wnętrz. W zbiorach znajdują się rękopisy wierszy, notatek, artykułów, korespondencja z lat , dokumenty, pierwodruki wydań wierszy, wycinki prasowe. Muzeum posiada także kolekcję nagrań z recytacjami Poety oraz fi lm biografi czny. The Władysław Broniewski Museum is a branch of the Museum of Literature. Opened in 1963 in the home of Władysław Broniewski ( ) donated to him by the State on the 25th anniversary of his literary work. A permanent exhibition is maintained here, in the originally preserved interiors. The exhibits include manuscripts of poems, notes, articles, correspondence from the years , documents, fi rst editions, press cuttings. The Museum also possesses a collection of recordings of recitals by the Poet as well as biographical fi lms. Le Musée de Władysław Broniewski est une section du Musée de la Littérature. Ouvert en 1963 dans une maison offerte en cadeau par l Etat àa Władysław Broniewski ( ) pour ses 25 ans d activité. L exposition permanente aménagée ici conserve l arrangement authentique des lieux. La collection comprend des manuscrits des poèmes, des notes, des articles, des lettres des années , des documents, des éditions princeps de poèmes, des extraits de la presse. Le musée possède aussi une collection d enregistrements de récitations du Poète et un fi lm biographique. as Władysław-Broniewski-Museum ist eine iliale des Literaturmuseums. Es wurde 1963 in einem Władysław Broniewski ( ) zu seinem 25. ichterjubiläum vom Staat geschenkten Haus eingerichtet. Lubomirski; hence the name of the royal residence. An interior decorated by the greatest artists is fi lled with fabulous works of art. Other buildings are also located in the park - the White House, the Myślewicki Palace, the Old and New Kordegarda, the Amphitheatre and the great Orangerie creating a unique eighteenth century permanent country manor stage-set. The Jewish Historical Institute is located in the historical building of the Central Library of Judaistica, one of the few artifacts of Jewish culture which survived the war. It was then situated within the boundaries of the Warsaw Ghetto. The Institute houses two permanent exhibitions: one presenting the history of the Warsaw Ghetto and one exhibiting Jewish art. The exhibition on the Warsaw Ghetto, accompanied by projection of a fi lm about the Ghetto (37 minutes in Polish, German, English and Hebrew versions) presents the history of the Jewish Quarter from its very beginnings to its utter destruction. The Maria ąbrowska Museum ( ) is the division of the Adam Mickiewicz Museum of Literature. It was arised in In the apartment in which Maria ąbrowska has lived from 1917 to 1954 and had created the most of her works, including The Nights and the ays (Noce i dnie), her literary and publicistic heritage as well as the memorabilia, furniture, photographs, manuscripts and her rich library is presented. Grzybowska 88 wt.: Nurkowanie jest bardzo szerokim pojęciem, dotyczącym przebywania człowieka pod wodą i tego, co tam robi. Nurkuje się teraz wszędzie: w morzach, jaskiniach, pod lodem, w rzekach, jeziorach i kamieniołomach a każde takie nurkowanie to osobna dziedzina, mająca własny wyspecjalizowany sprzęt i własną historię. Aby przybliżyć zwiedzającym wiedzę o nurkowaniu zgromadziliśmy w naszym muzeum eksponaty reprezentujące każdą z tych specjalistycznych dziedzin. Wiele pokazywanych eksponatów jest unikalnych, wcześniej nie udostępnianych publicznie. The word diving covers a wide range of human activities performed under water. One can now dive almost everywhere, in the seas, in caves, under ice, in rivers, lakes and quarries. Each such diving activity represents a different domain and has its own history and specialized equipment. To introduce this diving diversity to our visitors we have gathered in our Museum exhibits representing each of these specialized diving domains. Many of the exhibits shown here are unique, and not previously publicly displayed. La plongée est une expression qui dans son sens très large concerne tout séjour de l homme dans l eau et toutes ses activités dans ce milieu. Il est possible de plonger dans des millieus différents: dans la mer et dans les caves, sous la glace, dans les rivières et les carrières. Tout type de plongée est un univers à part avec une propre histoire et unéquipement spécifi que. Nous avons réuni dans notre musée des objets représentant tous les domaines de la plongée afi n de les faire connaître à nos visituers. Une grande partie des objets exposés dans notre musée sont uniques et n ont jamais été présentés au public. Tauchmuseum - Tauchen ist ein breiter Begriff, der alle Aufenthaltsformen des Menschen unter Wasser und alles, was er dort macht, umfasst. Heute wird überall getaucht: in Meeren, Höhlen, unter Eis, in lüssen, Seen und Steinbrüchen. Jede orm des Tauchens ist ein eigenes Sachgebiet mit seiner eigenen Geschichte und seiner eigenen Spezialausrüstung. Um den Besuchern das Wissen über das Tauchen näher zu bringen, haben wir in unserem Museum repräsentative Exponate aus all diesen achgebieten zusammengebracht.
