6 Rates and opinions Rates and opinions will be collected by the following means: surveys done by pollsters in 40 oncology centers country-wide (2 waves), ONKOMAPA.PL portal (survey on-line accessible on the portal). Results will be available on-line in real time on ONKOMPA portal (also in the form of rating lists).

Two press conferences to gain public attention: PR actions (TV, radio, press) done by professional PR agency Off-line promo: leaflets, 400 posters, gadgets for respondents. Internet campaign and press: displays of internet ads, 5 emissions of press ads.
8 First off-line survey - results In November, December and January the first survey done by pollsters was performed: The survey was done by research company TNS Polska. TNS pollsters appeared in 40 oncology centers in Poland. In 24 (out of 40) oncology centers the pollsters were not welcome and centers management made the poll impossible (cases of confiscation of pollsters property were recorded including paper surveys filled by patients, gadgets, etc.). Alivia Foundation started negotiations with 24 oncology centers mentioned above in order to force them to change the decision and allow the survey. Finally the number of oncology centers, which rendered the the survey impossible dropped down to 11 these hospitals were marked in the portal in a special way (see below). The rates of oncology centers, which allow the survey are good and very good (the best center in Poland: rate 4,8 of of 5; the worst : rate 4,0/5)
