Sie beeinflusst die Fahrsicherheit und daher ist ausschließlich nur vom Fachpersonal zu montieren. Es dürfen keinesfalls Konstruktionsänderungen vorgenommen werden. Sonst erlischt die Verwendungszulassung. Falls es eine Isolationsschicht oder Fahrzeugunterbodenschutz gibt, wo die nhängerkupplung befestigt wird, so sind diese zu entfernen. ndere Karosseriestellen und gebohrte Löcher sind mit der ntikorrosionsfarbe anzustreichen. Für die elastungswerte gelten die vom Fahrzeughersteller angegebenen aten bzw. max. Masse der nhänger und max. 2 MONTGE - und ETRIESNLEITUNG ER NHÄNGEKUPPLUNG Zeichnung 1 ie nhängekupplung (Katalognummer 3) ist für folgende Fahrzeugtypen zugelassen: MEREES -KLSSE SEN (W20), ab j bis und OMI (S20) ab j , dient zum ziehen der nhänger mit der Gesamtlast von 100 kg und der Kugelstützlast von max. 100 kg nbauanleitung 1. ie Stoßstange und ihre Metallverstärkung demontieren (wird nicht mehr montiert). 2. ie Seitenhalter (Pos. ) einsetzen und durch die Löcher (Pos. ) die Schrauben M10xmm (Pos. ), siehe Zeichnung, einsetzen und verschrauben. 3. ie Tragarme der nhängekupplung (Pos.1) an das Heckblech montieren und durch die Löcher die Schrauben M10xmm (Pos.) einbringen und verschrauben.. ie Halter (Pos.) an die Tragarme der nhängerkupplung setzen und durch die Löcher die Schrauben M10xmm (Pos. 9) einbringen, siehe Zeichnung und verschrauben.. ie Seitenhalter (Pos. ) an die Halter (Pos. ) legen und durch die Löcher die Schrauben M10x3mm (Pos. 10) verschrauben. 6. ie Seitenhalter (Pos. ) gemäß Zeichnung 2 und 3 an den Tragarmen der nhängerkupplung mit Silikon abdichten. 7. ie Stoßstange montieren, nachdem man einen 0mm breiten und 70 mm tiefen Teil in dem mittleren Teil der Stoßstange ausgeschnitten hat.. ie Kupplungskugel (Pos. 2) mit den Schrauben M12x7mm (Pos. 6) und M12x70mm (pos. 7) verschrauben. as Steckdosenhalteblech (Pos. 3), wie auf der Zeichnung, mit der ersten von diesen Schrauben verschrauben. 9. lle Schrauben gemäß den ngaben in der Tabelle festziehen. 10. ie Elektroinstallation gemäß der edienungsanleitung des Herstellers anschließen. 11. Falls nötig, den durch die Montage beschädigten Farbanstrich an der nhängerkupplung ausbessern. The reinforcement will not be assembled again. 2. Position side brackets (pos. ) and fix them loosely through holes using bolts M10xmm (pos. ), see the drawing. 3. pply the main bar of the towing hitch (pos. 1) on the rear panel of the car and fix it loosely through holes using bolts M10xmm (pos. ).. Fix brackets (pos. ) to the main bar of the towing hitch (pos. 1) through holes using bolts M10xmm (pos. ), see the drawing.. Fix side brackets (pos. ) to brackets (pos. ) through holes using bolts M10x3mm (pos. 9). 6. Install the bumper after cut out a fragment on the underside of the middle of the bumper (mm wide and 70mm deep). 7. Fix tow ball (pos. 2) using bolt M12x7mm (pos. 6) and M12x70mm (pos. 7). With bolt M12x7mm fix also a socket plate (pos. 3). See figure 1.. Tighten all bolts according to the torque shown in the table. 9. onnect electric wires of 7-poles socket according to the instruction of the car. Instructions de montage 1. émonter le pare-chocs avec le renfort en métal (cette partie ne sera pas remise en place). 2. Placer les appuis latéraux (pos.) et les serrer de manière lâche à travers des trous à l aide des vis M10xmm (pos.), voir le dessin. 3. Monter la poutre de l attelage (pos.1) sur le panneau arrière du véhicule et serrer de manière lâche à travers des trous à l aide des vis M10xmm (pos.).. Serrer les appuis (pos.) à la poutre principale de l attelage à travers des trous à l aide des vis M10xmm (pos.), voir le dessin.. Serrer les appuis latéraux (pos.) aux appuis (pos.) à travers des trous à l aide des vis M10x3mm (pos.9). 6. écouper un fragment du pare-chocs du dessous dans sa partie basse centrale (largeur mm, profondeur 70mm). Monter le pare-chocs. 7. Serrer la boule de l attelage (pos.2) à l aide des vis M12x7mm (pos. 6) et M12x70mm (pos. 7). Serrer la tôle sous la prise (pos.3) à l aide de première de ces vis. onsulter le dessin.. Serrer toutes les vis aux couples de serrage, comme indiqué dans le tableau. 9. onnecter les câbles de la prise 7 à l'installation électrique en conformité avec les instructions d'une usine automobile (recommandé la mise en œuvre d une station-service autorisée). 10. Le véhicule doit être équipé de : - indicateurs de direction latéraux - retroviseurs exterieurs, elles doivent couvrir au moins la largeur de remorque Vérifier le serrage de toute la boulonnerie après km de traction. La boule d'attelage doit être maintenue propre et conservée de graisse consistente.

Zdemontować z samochodu zderzak wraz z metalowym wzmocnieniem, wzmocnienie nie będzie ponownie montowane. 2. Umieścić wsporniki boczne (poz. ) i przykręcić je luźno przez otwory śrubami M10xmm (poz. ), patrz rysunek. 3. Zamontować belkę główną zaczepu kulowego (poz. 1) na tylnej ścianie samochodu i skręcić luźno przez otwory śrubami M10xmm (poz. ).. Przykręcić wsporniki (poz. ) do belki głównej zaczepu przez otwory śrubami M10xmm (poz. ), patrz rysunek.. Przykręcić wsporniki boczne (poz. ) do wsporników (poz. ) przez otwory za pomocą śrub M10x3mm (poz. 9). 6. Zamontować zderzak po uprzednim wycięciu w jego środkowej części od spodu fragmentu o szerokości mm i głębokości 70mm. 7. Przykręcić część kulistą zaczepu (poz. 2) śrubami: M12x7mm (poz. 6) oraz M12x70mm (poz. 7). Pierwszą z tych śrub przykręcić równieŝ blachę pod gniazdo (poz. 3). Patrz rysunek.. okręcić wszystkie śruby z momentem jak pokazano w tabeli. 9. Podłączyć przewody gniazdka 7 bieg. do instalacji elektrycznej zgodnie z instrukcją fabryczną samochodu (zaleca się wykonanie w SO). 10. Uzupełnić ewentualne ubytki powłoki malarskiej zaczepu powstałe w trakcie montaŝu. Zaczep kulowy przeznaczony jest do zamontowania w samochodzie: MEREES KLS SEN (W20) produkowanym od r. oraz KOMI (S20) produkowanym od r., nr katalogowy 3 i słuŝy do ciągnięcia przyczep o masie całkowitej 100 kg i nacisku na kulę max 100 kg. Informacjami wiąŝącymi odnośnie wartości obciąŝeń są dane podawane przez producenta samochodu, względnie wartości maksymalnej masy przyczepy oraz maksymalnego nacisku na kulę, przy czym wartości parametrów zaczepu kulowego nie mogą być przekroczone.
